Barthelmes KG
The company Barthelmes KG was founded in 1948 by Fritz Barthelmes in Oggenhausen, district of Heidenheim/Württemberg.
The products manufactured were labeled and marketed with the registered trademark “RECORD”.
Fritz Barthelmes was a successful chief designer at the Walther arms factory in Zella-Mehlis for almost 20 years. He held numerous patents and was the designer of the famous Walther P 38.
Several patents are an expression of his successful entrepreneurial work
